Description
The MP-23 is a 9mm upper receiver that works with a 9mm lower receiver (not included) and also with a AR-15 lower using Mean Arms Endomag-9mm (3819) 5.56×45 pmag (gen2/3) to 9mm Conversion Magazines.
Features a Spike’s Tactical Upper Receiver and a BCA 7.5 inch 9mm barrel with a 1:10 inch twist. Unlike other 9mm pistol uppers on the market, the MP-23 utilizes a functioning dust port cover, also from Spike’s Tactical. There is no gas block option for any of the 9mm models because they use direct blow back to cycle the bolt. There is also no BCG skeletonization option for this model because there is no need with this model. The MP-23 works the best with a KAK Industry AR-15 9mm Heavy 10 oz Carbine Buffer, so that is the only option for this model.
